Felix is the producer behind Seidr Teifi. He’s been brewing, distilling and fermenting since the age of 12. Leading all aspects of production - from fermentation to flavour development - he combines technical precision with a curiosity for traditional and natural processes. If it can be fermented, he’s probably tried it.

With a background in marketing and communications, Sophie oversees the brand identity and design of Seidr Teifi. Through considered imagery and narrative, she hopes to shape how the cyder is experienced and understood, with a focus on the unique flavour profiles of each vintage.
